Ingredients:

70g banana
100g egg whites
30g whey protein
1 tsp baking powder
120g blueberries
1 tsp honey

Serves: One

Time: 15 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-quality blender and blend into a batter.

  2. Add the berries and honey to a saucepan with one tablespoon of water and reduce on the hob for 8-12 minutes on a low heat until thickened and reduced.

  3. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a light spray of olive oil. Add the batter and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
