I have talked a lot over the past number of weeks about ticking the boxes, but what does this actually mean 🤔

I am a firm believer of controlling the variables within your world 🌎
_
So many times I hear I can’t do this and I can’t do that, but when you look deeper you are looking at stuff that is out of your control for the most part.
_
My schedule can be quite hectic but once you schedule out your week you know exactly what you need to do on your schedule given day then it’s up to you to tick the boxes.
_
Yes I have been tired towards the end because I have been pushing quite hard but I have not missed one session because I have a vision of what my end goal looks like 🥇
_
I control the controllableS 📈

Training, nutrition, sleep, hydration and stress management which allowed me to stay on track all the time 💪
_
Focus on what you can control and tick the boxes from there 😎
_
I guarantee when you do this you will see progress and if 💩 hits the fan, adapt to the situation and overcome it 💯

Don’t make excuses, find solutions 🚀
