THERE’S MORE TO IT THAN YOU THINK!

In today’s episode of what to expect in January let’s talk about some potential goals that you may not have even thought about yet 💭

So all over social media nowadays we see amazing before and after pictures for both male and female.
_
They are fantastic but do they really show the true picture?
_
To be honest they don’t and more often than not they lead to false expectations.
_
Many believe that they can get in the best shape of their life in 6,8 or 12 weeks…..
_
You can if you are in a position to do so.
_
But for the majority, you could be coming from a lengthy lay off after kids, packed on some extra weight and coupled with a sedentary lifestyle over a number of years that has left you in a certain predicament.
_
Is this bad?
_
Not necessarily, it’s life and sometimes I can get in the way especially if you have no structure or someone to be accountable to.
_
My question would be to you….if it took 12 months to get out of shape then how can you possibly think you can get in the best shape of your life in 6,8 or 12 weeks?
_
We need to be realistic, so let’s talk about more goals that could resonate with you right now.
_
1️⃣ More energy?
2️⃣ Improve sleep quality?
3️⃣ Education to help with some smarter food choices?
4️⃣ Learn how to train correctly?
5️⃣ Drop a few pounds, inches and become more self-confident?
6️⃣ Develop habits that lead to a sustainable way of living?
_
I think these are fantastic goals that so many overlook.
_
Instead of look in be at metrics such as pounds on a scale and look at markers that improve your health and well being 
_
Here’s an online client who didn’t necessarily want to lose weight but just to improve on all the things I’ve just talked about✌🏻
_
Along the way, she lost 9 pounds and 25cm in the process which has made her a more confident person 👊🏻
_
There’s more to it than you think 🙏🏻
