Well anyone who comes into my world looking for help are usually in a bad position in regards to nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress levels which can cause them to be carrying a bit more weight than necessary coupled with terrible energy levels and cravings throughout the day to satisfy their lack of energy.

Now this is fine because I tell people all the time that it is perfectly fine to reach out for help, there’s nothing to be ashamed about 💪
