What better way to start your day off than having a bulletproof breakfast 🍳

When you think of breakfast what comes into your head?

You think like cereal, toast, jam, juice etc for the most part which is largely carbohydrate based with a tonne of sugar in one sitting. The only problem with this is that you are going to have a rapid rise in energy followed by a massive crash due to the high sugar content in this meal 🥘

There’s nothing worse than a sugar dump right in the middle of your day when you have the most work on where you should be firing on all cylinders but instead you are head drifting and you are procrastinating which leads to an inefficient work model 👀

Maybe switch out that type of breakfast for one that is high in protein, some complex carbohydrates, water and a black americano 
_
Make the swap you will not regret it 🙃

You will be more focused and efficient instead of your head hitting the desk at midday 🤓
