THE IMPORTANCE OF A MORNING ROUTINE FOR IMPROVED ENERGY LEVELS

What if I told you that a bulletproof morning routine was a stepping stone to success by heightened levels of energy would you take action and implement it? 👇

Personally I feel the main reason why people fail in regards to their weight loss goals is due to little to no energy.

Imagine waking up groggy every morning with no desire to do anything. Your life just consists of you hate going to work everyday and lazing around when you come home all because you have little to no energy.

Even if you did want to train or get more active when you finish work, you just physically can not due severe tiredness.

Well I have a solution for you 👇

Exercise in your life will be key to improved levels of energy. This can be coupled with eating nutrient dense foods which will supply you the energy to perform exercise. Finally with a good nights sleep you will feel like a Superman/woman in the morning and be ready to get after your goals 💪

Here is my perfect morning routine that will allow you to start the day right 💯
1️⃣ Rise early – this can create an extra hour in the day as opposed to hitting your snooze alarm for an hour in the bid not to get out of the bed 🚨
2️⃣ Plan your day – scheduling is key when it comes to success. Write out your week and tick the boxes daily 
3️⃣ Hydrate + Caffeinate – Grab some water when you rise and then a coffee with your breakfast if needed ☕️
4️⃣ Workout – It depends on your schedule but I find when people have busy schedules the best option is to get it out to the way before the day even starts. Trust me at 6pm you’ll find any excuse possible to not go to the gym, but at least if it is out of the way in the morning you have nothing to worry about.
