SUPPLEMENTS ARE ONLY THE CHERRY ON TOP!

Many see supplements as the holy grail and the answer to the physique they desire most. I used to be this guy and if I had my time again I would do things differently but I’ve learned from my mistakes 😂 This is why I want to help you not to make the same ones as I did 🤔

Supplements are there to “supplement” your diet. The hint is in the name, they should be used in conjunction with a good training and diet approach to give you possibly an extra 5% 👌 Not the other way round. If you do not understand the basics of nutrition, training, sleep, stress management etc, to be honest, you are just wasting your money 💰

Without the basics, you will be running around chasing your tail, end up getting nowhere towards your goals and the likelihood of you throwing in the towel is very high 😕 Let’s do some calculations real quick📈

€50 would be the very minimum I’ve seen people spend every month and that figure could be easily doubled 🤔

So you could be spending anywhere from €600-1200 per year on supplements yet you are not achieving any results due to a lack of knowledge 🧐
_
This isn’t even including gym membership, food and everything that goes along with trying to get in shape 😰

Supplements are the cherry on top.

1️⃣Save your money 💶
2️⃣Use that money to invest in a coach🎯
3️⃣Learn the basics 💪
4️⃣Be patience 🙏
5️⃣Then once you’ve ticked these off and you can afford supplements maybe add them in once everything else is in check

Do not be that soldier because you will end up with a very light wallet with little to no progress towards your goals 👌
