- 1-2-1 Personal Training for individuals
- Including Screening and action plan
- Club/team pre-season/ in season/ off season
- Off season mini-groups. Up to six players/athletes per session
Through my own personal sporting background I have played soccer, GAA, athletics and martial arts from which I’ve gained huge experience in the Strength and conditioning field, as I know what it takes to excel at your given sport.
The days of standing in front of the mirror doing bicep curls are long gone. If you want to be an athlete you need to train like one.
I recently graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree in Exercise and Health studies at Waterford Institute of Technology (2014).
