I went to Adam for guidance and help after I had ACL reconstruction followed by a further operation for something that wasn’t fully sorted. What I did following this type of surgery was really important and I fully trusted Adam with the job to help me get back strong so I wasn’t risking injury again. My goal was to get back playing football. I spent 12 weeks or more with him guiding me and helping me to build up the strength in my legs and everywhere else both in the gym and my nutrition. His knowledge is fantastic and he is always bettering himself to help the clients he has in front of him. Adam was one of the main people who helped me come back from this injury both mentally and physically. I couldn’t have been in better hands!
Before signing up for coaching with Adam I had no structure and most days I felt low on energy. Adam laid everything out for me which that I did not have to spend time trying to plan things myself which saved me a lot of time over the week. Throughout the process, Adam focused on sleep and energy levels as they were two areas where I struggled the most. Adam was always on hand to help with any struggles that I had where he provided me with a solution to help me. I really enjoyed the process as a whole. I now find myself more confident with training and nutrition as a whole due to the education that Adam provided to me. Also, I have noticed a massive difference in my attitude towards this whole way of living.
I went to Adam for a new fitness plan to switch up my workouts as I was bored from doing the exact same training sessions in the gym every week and felt like I hit a plateau feeling stuck and bored in the gym, Adam was very helpful and professional he helped improve my technique for exercises and pushed me to train harder in my workouts. The workouts Adam gave me were very tough and challenging which is exactly what I needed to get out of a slump. I would highly recommended Adam for personal training or even to get a plan made and a few sessions on how to do the exercises correctly.
After nearly a year since I had my little boy I felt that my weight and diet has been all over the place . I've tried the whole dieting and walking to doing classes and didn't feel any beneficial to me. I decided a few weeks ago to go to Adam and ask for a programme to be made up that will suit my needs being a full time mother and also working. Since this programme started I can finally say I leave the gym happy known that I've achieved and done a proper work out instead of just going in and out after doing the basic myself not known what I was doing. I would recommend Adam if anyone is looking for a change he definitely knows his stuff.
