IS SOME LEVEL OF STRUGGLE NECESSARY TO PROGRESS?

 

The theme of “struggle” has come up in a lot of my discussions this week so I just wanted to highlight it 💡

There’s nothing wrong with a sense of struggle 🗣
_
this is a time where you can either throw in the towel or else persist and keep on moving forward 🤷‍♂️
_
Just remember you’ve set out to lose some body fat, get stronger and lead a healthier life right?
_
You’ve come from a position where you overate for a period of your life and perhaps coupled with a lack of exercise which has led you to be out of shape!
_
Now in order for you to get from your starting point to your endpoint will undoubtedly involve some level of sacrifice 👊🏻
_
With sacrifice there will be a level of struggle and suffering also 😶
_
But it will be worth it in the end especially if your end goal means a lot to you 🤔
_
Just focus on putting one foot in front of the other every day and acknowledge that the struggle you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow ✅
_
Hope this sheds some light on the whole struggle talk because everyone goes through it at some stage 🔥
