This is something that I hear quite a bit, but to be honest with you there’s very few people in the world that have little time available to them everyday 🤔

I challenge you today to go through your daily tasks and see what you spend most of your time on.
_
See how much time you spend on your devices?
_
I guarantee you when you look deeper you will find numerous daily habits that yield little or no return for your time.
_
A simple little solution that could provide you with more time to perhaps fit in a workout and focus on leading a healthier life is PLANNING 📖
_
If you plan out your week with every task you need to complete, you will be more prepared as you can visually see it as opposed to waiting for a bomb to go off in your head when you realize Wednesday (for example) is just a crazy day which will no doubt throw you out😩

Preparation and planning go hand in hand when it comes to success 💪
