Your immune will also be effected due to these issues thus leading to a increased risk of picking up infections.

Without getting into it too much our diet should be rich in a whole host of vegetables to help aid in the optimizing of your bodily function, help aid good gut bacteria proliferate and finally make sure your gut microbiome is on point 💪

Remember if you eat something and you get a response such as bloating, gas, cramps, diarrhea etc. These are signals from your body that are highlighting some issues that have come up when you have ate a certain food 🥘
