COULD ACCOUNTABILITY BE THE MISSING LINK TO IT ALL?

ACCOUNTABILITY CAN BE THE MISSING LINK WHEN IT COMES TO ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS.

When I was younger I was that guy who tried to trial and error the whole process of trying gain a clearer understanding of all things training, nutrition and how it applies to getting in shape.

This lead me to waste a hell of a lot of time because in the early days I had no clue of what I was doing and if I was honest I probably missed out on a lot of my “newbie gains” due to program hopping and not giving anything a chance to work.
_
If I had my time back again I would invest in a coach who has a lot of credibility in the fitness industry to fast track things a tad bit but not in the fashion of looking for a shortcut but to just gain a better understanding of it all.
_
You can read all the books and watch all the videos but in reality when you try and implementing yourself more than likely you will be working at a sub optimal level.
_
If you have no one to be accountable to the likelihood of falling back into old habits is very highly especially once a goal of “weight loss” has been achieved.
_
I would say <5% of the population have what it takes to mentally stay accountable to themselves but the most advantageous thing that anyone could ever  do is hire a coach.
_
Every top athlete in the world has one which correlates heavily that accountability is really important at the top level.
_
It is so easy to find an excuse NOT to do something but if you have to meet someone at a certain time…..more often than not you will meet them thus leading to a more sustainable approach for you to get working towards your goals.

Today’s Tip: reach out for help if you are starting out on your journey because you will save a lot of time and will be on the road to success from the get go.
