The health benefits associated with cardio are endless ❤️

In regards to training, this is an aspect that can be often neglected 😩

This is another tool we have in our tool kit to get the desired result but to also improve our quality of life dramatically 💪

2-3 times per week would suffice and just be generally active every day 🚶‍♀️
