ARE YOU NEGLECTING YOUR SLEEP?

Are you constantly tired?

No desire or motivation to do anything?

Always have cravings on a daily basis?

If this type of thing relates to you then I would hypothesiseason that you are burning the candle at both ends 😑

More than likely you are running around with a hectic and stressful daily lifestyle coupled with a crappy sleep routine 😴

Unfortunately 4-5 hours of sleep per night just ain’t going to cut it when it comes to optimizing body composition, performance and overall health 
_
Sleep is the most underutilized variable that everyone seems to overlook 🤨
_
Personally I don’t mess around with sleep and aim to get 6-8 hours of quality sleep per night (usually the latter) 💤
_
Address your sleep and watch everything change for the better 
_
Maybe coming into the weekend if you are “behind” on your sleep it could be a good idea to catch up on some quality sleep….your body will thank you 😇
