A STANDARD NIGHT OUT WITH ALCOHOL

Are you constantly trying to lose weight and can never seem to get anywhere?

Are you “trying to be good” during the week by exercising and eating well?
_
Do you live for the “SESH” every weekend?
_
If so this could be a massive reason why you are failing to lose weight 🤔

Now before I get started…I honestly do not care if you go out every weekend and get hammered because that decision is totally yours. Plus if it makes you happy by all means go for it but it probably ain’t the best scenario if I’m completely honest 😇

So let’s take a standard night out in Ireland 🇮🇪

You go meet some friends in the pub after a hard week of work where you will probably start your night with something “soft”. So you may go for something like a Corona for example which ends up being 3 before you know it.

Everything is going well then you decide enough of the beer “I’m feeling bloated” so let’s get a cocktail. You could choose anything from Sex on the beach to a Woo Woo.

That’s all good but cocktails are very expensive so you decide to switch drinks yet again and get a vodka and zero calorie soft drink (because health is important right? 😂).

You have two of these and then all of sudden the night is in full swing and you want something adventurous such a Gin and Tonic with some fruit in that big fancy glass 🙈

You end up going to the nightclub and slamming back some tequilas,then you call it a night, maybe get a kebab, go home and wake up hungover tomorrow (Sunday is a right off an cravings are all over the place).

Standard enough night which lead you to consume 1,217 calories in the form of alcohol.

That’s quite a substantial amount of calories which will ultimately cause you chase your tail week in regards to weight loss 😴

I’ve been generous with the estimations on alcohol consumption because I’m sure more than likely for most they will consume far more than that in a night out 🧐

Think monthly: 4868 calories per month in the form of alcohol 🤪 Over 1.5lbs of Fat in terms of energy 👌

This is your decision but just because you do not track the calories at the weekend doesn’t mean your body won’t…IT IS THE MOST SOPHISTICATED CALORIE TRACKER OF ALL TIME 🙏
