“HEALTHY” HIGH FAT FOODS

HIGH FAT “HEALTHY FOODS”….👇
_
Although the likes of avocados, nuts, seeds, coconut oil, certain butters and spreads may deemed to be healthy, they do have a calorie value.
_
Fats are very calorie dense thus they can make a big dent in your total daily calories if consumed in large quantities. This can lead to weight gain overtime due to the surplus of calories.
_
For example if you added:
1️⃣Coconut oil to your coffee: 45 calories
2️⃣Avocado to your salad: 234 calories
3️⃣Nut butter to your rice cake: 89calories
4️⃣Olive oil to your stir fry: 80 calories
5️⃣Seeds to your yoghurt: 60 calories

Total Calories: 508 calories 👀
_
Over the course of the day this can add up to over 500 calories which could have a huge impact on your fat loss goals if you are not accounting for the value these foods have.
_
The problem lies where people add these foods to their diet without thinking, but higher fat foods are very important and should be tracked in my opinion. Just because you eat something that is healthy doesn’t mean that you will directly lose body fat. Healthy foods aren’t always lower in calories and in this case fats are very calorie dense.

So Track it and everything will be fine 👊
_
Think about what you are doing 👀
