56 Day Challenge (The Tomorrowland Shred)

So that is a wrap folks for the Tomorrowland Shred that I documented the whole process on my Instagram daily stories for the past 56 days.

I took upon myself a challenge for 56 days (8 weeks) to trim down and get in shape for my trip.
_
A deadline is a great way of setting a goal because with every second that ticks past it is getting closer to that time frame.
_
Over the past 56 days I’ve completed two workouts a day. I decided to do this because I wanted a challenge and especially with my schedule being super hectic at the minute, so to try and fit these sessions in was tough but I ticked the boxes and achieved it without any excuses

Like I talked about in the past…Your start point will dictate your end point.
_
When I done the photo-shoot prep 3 years ago  I lost 50 pounds and got in good shape for that period of time.
_
But now because I keep myself in some what decent shape, the end goal this time has now left me in better shape, leaner, bigger and in more of a better mind frame than my photo-shoot the last time.
_
During the last 8 weeks I lost 9lbs on the scale but visually you can see a lot more of a difference.
_
There is 56 days between both pictures.
_
I am a firm believer in utilising the key fundamentals like what I have talked about on my social media platforms in the past to kick-start your pursuit of a healthier life.
_
My biggest piece of advice would be to control as many variables as you can throughout the process and be realistic in the goals that you have set out for yourself.
_
The supplement brand Bulkpowders kept my recovery on point throughout the process and they definitely gave me the edge during and after my sessions. Supplements are not essential but once everything else is in check they can be a great tool to give you that 1% to keep on pushing every week.
_
56 Days is a short period of time but once you set your mind on something you can achieve it.
_
Now I am off to enjoy some much needed time away from the madness at Tomrrowland in Belgium.
